What passes for a late, wild night around here: 14 quarts of Dilly Beans canned and cooling, and two bottles of Elysian Brewing Company’s Night Owl Pumpkin Ale. My new favorite fall beverage.

And speaking of favorite fall beverages, look for more to come on the 10 gallons of cider I pressed this morning that is happily fermenting away as we speak with a high gravity Belgian Trappist yeast.
Fall just keeps on getting more delicious.
